Really cute and insightful when Cane gave Mackenzie a gold kangaroo charm, symbolizing her being the surrogate for Cane & Lily's baby...carrying the baby in Mac's "pouch"...a cute gesture and one that seemed to bond Mac & Cane even more... |

Adorable gesture........but Mac and Cane definitely are getting close....he is ready to raise a baby alone - as he told Mac - if anything happens to Lily. Both Mac and Cane are being mature about this situation....and there is a SOMETHING slowly brewing here.....JMO |

The necklace was a nice gesture but it could have waited until she was actually pregnant but I think the intent was to cause Bac angst as Billy walked in just as Cane was giving her the gift. As for a Mane hook up, that would be the end of Cane. I am a Lane fan and was able to forgive Cane for deceiving Lily and hurting her with his marriage to Chloe but Mane would be unforgivable IMO. I can see Mac becoming attached to the baby and Cane and possibly developing an obsession but it would be one sided. I know that Lily is also bound to feel some jealousy and insecurity and I would like to see Cane and Lily face that issue together. There is just something about Mac's strong desire to have this child that does not sit right with me. Having this baby to make a purpose in her life seems wrong . |

I can see Mac and Cane together in the future if Cane were to marry Mac that would tie him to the Chancellor name. I think that if Mac has the baby it will turn out to be Mac and Cane's baby because Lily only had 2 eggs? |

And what if Mac finds herself pregnant with a baby and it turns out to be Billy's...not Canes? Another soap did this and thesurrogate was afraid to tell the donor for fear of hurting her....just a possibility. As I have said before...this is a train wreck waiting to happen...whatever happens..to expect a fairy tale happy ending is to end in disappointment. You see...Once Upon a Time...there was a Prince..Cane....who turned into a frog (a fraud)...a hugh disappointment - for some...not so for all. Once again HINTS are being thrown out there......and it will be deja vue! |

I will tell you this. the writers better not screw us Cane & Lily fans with a hook-up between Borinig @$$ed Mac and Lily Ashby's husband, Cane. I have threatened before to turn it off, but I promise you that will be the end for me. Mac needs to take her homely behing back to dafur and Lily and Cane need to hire a professional Surrogate. Cane and Lily are the only reason I watch this sorry excuse of a soap...Jack too, but seriously! |
