I just watched friday's (10/6) episode - and don't believe Jason is offering to marry Liz even if the baby is not his!

I have noticed over the years that the "next on GH" snippets are mostly played out of context - to keep us interested.

I think that Jason is telling Liz he would marry her if the baby is his IF she wants him to! Then later in the conversation he will say something along the lines of:
"I will help you even if I'm not the father" or
"Even if the baby isn't mine I'll help you with what ever you need."
But I don't think that he is offering to marry her either way! From what I've heard later in the week Jason will confess to Sam that he still loves her and wants them to get back together, I can't see Jason doing that if he has offered to marry Liz regardless of the baby's paternity. I
think Liz will turn down his prosposal and suggest that he keep trying with Sam. After all she is Jason's friend and is supposed to want what is best for him. That is a reunion with Sam. Plus Liz IS still in love with Lucky, she is just hurt right now!

ITA. i don't think his proposal was anything meaningful at all. no way he can get over sam that quick. and in other words, he wouldn't just marry liz even if the baby wasn't his.

i kinda wanted to slap jason. he STILL loves sam and liz STILL loves lucky. what's wrong with him! we'll see what he really meant by saying that on Monday's episode.
