okay, so remember those rumors from months ago, about jason and sonny screwing up, and sam ends up taking the fall or getting arrested or something. well, i'm starting to think that this could happen because of the whole claudia thing!

just thought i'd throw that in there. my brain had a light bulb moment, i was soo proud, because they are few and far between, that i rushed the boards to brag! hehehehe

I think you might be on to something. I vaguely remember those spoilers but they do seem as if they could fit this situation.
But here is something else I noticed...Michael finds the wrecked car and he calls...Sam?
Not Jax, his mother's husband; or Sonny his own father who is searching for his mother (sorta); or Uncle Super Jason his mom's BFF; or even the police, but Sam...
Now don't get me wrong I love Sam and I love that she and Mikey are close and that he trusts her, but why her? What sense did that make? Except to establish that she had a phone...like Jason didn't?
I think you are right this is going to come back and bite them in the a$$, somehow...though Sam could say that she knew from Jason/Spinelli/Dante that Sonny had people out looking for Carly and that's why she called him first.

Ok, I'm not gpoing to use the 'quote' feature here because what I wanted to quote was way tooooooooooooo long LOL

But regarding Sam's cell phone records, the police won't really need to sopena them because Jax has a big mouth and we all know what a penance he has for the truth (unless he's involved) and was in the room when Sonny got the call. Sonny told him Sam was taking Carly and the baby to the hospital. Sonny never told him it was Jason on the phone. The call came from the cabin that Carly already said she gave birth in.

So here's the thing, the only thing that will trip this cover up (other than the pic's JF has) is if the police get a recording of the actual call from Sam's phone to Sonny and can prove it was Jason who called.

otherwise, what would be the crime in her calling Sonny?

Also as for the guy's Sam has slept with since coming to PC, we've already counted 5 (Jax, Sonny, Jason, Ric and Lucky) from 2003-2009 = not a $lut imoh

Rumor: Jason asks Sam to marry him on New Years Eve. Carly will be Matron of Honor, and Sonny will be Best Man

Let's all hope and pray that this rumor is true!!!!! A NYE proposal would be so romantic and somehow seems appropriate for these two!!!!

Does anyone remember that? So she was at the cabin and called Sonny. I wonder if the police checks out her phone. But then Jax can testify that Jason called Sonny so then it will be assumed that Jason was there with Sam and Carly.

I wonder what will bring this on. Will he propose to keep her from testifing against him?, or what either way I will be happy. I want to see them all dressed up looking beautiful and handsome. Hope the spoiler is true.
