Sorry, but I thought the last scene with an 87 year old Momma Douglas humming Beautiful Dreamer to her senior citizen daughters was a bit hokey. |

I don't know why stuff have to be drummed up this way but I find both mothers suffering from this disease to be very sad and although I don't like Stephanie/Pam my heart goes out to them along with the Logans. |

I haven't watched B&B for a couple of months, although my DVR is still set to tape it. When I heard Betty White was coming back and things would be stirred up for the Douglas sisters I tuned in again. It is good to see her back. Hokey or not this is B&B and they love a little hokey and a little camp! |

Had this been a much younger alzheimer-ridden Beth sitting with Brooke, Donna and Katie, you can bet the Logan haters would have been all over it I thought it was sweet. And only the Stephanie haters would think it was hokey. Just wait until Beth does her death door hokiness. I will be the first to demolish it. LOL |

While you are being so disparaging and sarcastic about the age of these actors just remember you still have to get there. The three of them do a fabulous job in their roles (not just for their age) and I personally hope Stephanie (as Momma Forrester)& Auntie Pam are around in twenty years time to keep giving a bit of bite to the show as they do now. It's great to see that B&B writers give the older woman (these 3 plus Jackie & Beth) a fair go and don't just send them to the scrapheap. Hope we see lots more of them!!!!!!!!! |

Nomatter what age you lose your parents its still hard. I lost mine at a very very young age both to cancer. I also watched my mother in law lose her mother at a much later age. And either way its very hard to say goodbye to a parent. |

I too thought that the scenes with Ann, Stephanie and Pam were very sweet!!! Yes! its very hard to lose a parent, no matter at what age...I lost my mom at 22 and even after 12 years, it still hurts!!! |

I thought it was very touching. I don't think it has anything to age when it comes to losing a parent. I'm by no means a Stephanie lover, but I can sympathize with her and sister. Losing a parent at any age is hard and I felt for them. |

Exactly, just like it was sweet of Katie to hold the wedding in that little park to honor her ill mother. |

And mothers and daughters have that special love, but sometimes they have that special resentment, which Stepanie and her mother have. So it makes it even sadder. I know Beth wasn't always there for her girls, so it is nice to see them come together and try to be one big happy family these past few years. OMG!!! Watch it Judy...you are actually saying nice things about the Logan family...hehehe!!! |
