Well, I think many posters are anticipating the interview of SARAH PALIN on OPRAH WINFREY'S SHOW on Monday! Whether one likes or dislikes Ms. PALIN or even OPRAH for that matter I do believe there will be blockbuster ratings.
People who "like" her will watch because some will think that she will run circles around OPRAH and she will be "clever". People who "don't" like her will watch to see if OPRAH will try to have a GOTCHA MOMENT like other journalist have in the past.
I will speculate and think it will be neither because PALIN is trying to sell her book and is trying to drum interest in it. I believe the interview will be civil and NOT at all what many are expecting,but hey I could be wrong and it could get ugly but she is NOT in the middle of a campaign she is on a BOOK TOUR and there's a big difference. But we shall see on MONDAY. Anyone care to comment or do you want to wait until after?

I'm personally indifferent on Sara Palin (don't love her/don't hate her), but I'd bet there will be blockbuster ratings for the reasons you already stated. With regard to her book, from what I've heard, she doesn't really need to drum up business since its already a best seller and hasn't even hit the shelf. I could care less about the interview, but will set my DVR out of mere curiousity.

I don't think there will be any great revelations, Oprah, does puff piece interviews, and explotive sensational "human interest" stories. Never cared for Palin or Oprah, so I am one who will not be tuning in.

I was not expecting the interview to be anything but civil-and according to news reported on television the last 2 or 3 days the interview went quite well-the ladies got along famously and in fact enjoyed it so much they went overtime-- Sarah Palin knows what she is doing- while I disagreed with her appearance on the show,she forgot to ask my opinion - I just happen to think the O show is beneath her-

I don't care for either one of them. I get too nervous listening to Ms Palin piercing voice and phoney down-home rhetoric. She is an expert tho at dancing around answering direct questions...so I guess that makes her an expert politician...now, if she just knew something about politics...Oh, sorry, I strayed from the topic. I probably will suffer through the interview.

Can't stand Oprah(since she sold out) but I might tune in for Palon!! I think she is an amazing lady even if many others don't(At least she speaks so she can be understood, instead of using big words or terms most everyday people wouldn't know to try and cover up what she is doing.).
